Nextwave developed a custom mobile app for Microsoft. This app for Lumia 730, was exclusively for retail outlets.
The app, ‘Lumia Showcase’, demonstrates Skype demo, via a simulated video. This was to overcome the network problems and wifi issues at retail stores, and yet showcase the Skype experience to consumers. Additionally, the app also demonstrates the wide angled camera for better selfies and exciting features of Windows Phone 8.1.
The app captures demonstration data for further analysis. The App’s video production, animation , programming and development were done by Nextwave.
